Eurecatis the main Research & Technology Organisation in Catalonia and the second largest private research organization in southern Europe. PHD Description
The eHealth unit in collaboration with the units of Functional Printing and Product design at Eurecat Technology centre is looking for a highly motivated researcher to work in its flagship project Methodology, toolkits and decision support on wearable medical devices and points of care for defining disease natural history (MEDEA)
The candidate will work mainly for the MEDEA flagship project, dealing with the application of DL techniques for assessing images of anatomic pathology and histological analysis. The focus of this PhD is on the investigation of image processing tools to boost the training phase of AI-ML systems, specially DL solutions. This research will also collaborate in the motion analysis activities contemplated in the MEDEA project.
