RESPONSABILITIES
As a valued member of our team, your role encompasses several critical dimensions:
· Multi-Criteria and Multi-Objective optimization for Logistics and Industrial applications: from production planning and scheduling to optimal transport allocation and route planning
· Eager to challenge the status-quo: work and develop novel solutions mixing ML and Optimization.

REQUIRED SKILLS
· A passion for Operation Research and data driven based solutions, backed by an MSc or equivalent experience in Multi-criteria optimization, Mathematics, ML and AI.
· Excellent coding skills. Your code will be used in ready-to-market AI applications.
· Experience in Linear programming, Metaheuristics (PSO, Ant Colony, etc)
· Proficiency in Python.
· At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Operation Research challenges.
· Open minded: Eager to learn new domains: how the transport sector works, and how industrial processes work, and how industries work, seeking efficiency.
· A collaborative and growing mindset, coupled with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
